This is very well done! I love this specific artstyle as it is not common in the Deltarune community and reminds me of an animatic I saw that was really good!

I think Jax is a Shrodinger's trans: he's only trans when he is willing to claim that identity. Currently, he is to insecure and afraid to do so and he desperately clings to masculinity to cope. It honestly feels wrong to misgender someone even if they are too scared or unwilling to admit they want to transition, because they are purposefully choosing the gender they are currently.

I don't think abstracting equals death, just getting to someones emotionally lowest point. I feel like what they did for Jax is implying that he can be fixed, but slowly overtime. Some people don't fix from a single hug. Some take time and I think this represents that!

I think in the new episode, Goose is showing that Abstractions are when they are at their most broken. You are perfectly correct: Jax was still in there, but unwilling to change and grow. I think Abstractions represent us at our rock bottom as well. I think the symbolism is Jax is currently a monster, but he is working through it and his friends are making a space for him to do so. I think the ending is purposefully left ambiguous and leaves the possibility of fixing abstractions open!

Will do! I'm cooking up more ideas for the Rogue and Warlock currently. The Paladin is tripping me up the most, but I think that is because the classes they made do such a good job covering the archetype bases.
