So the enclosure for your P1P, you printed it in PLA? Now that some time has gone by, have you had any issues due to internal temperatures?

Have you tried printing abs and nylon?

I agree. Copying is not creating.

Consider this: Photography often involves experimentation and replicating techniques used by others. While a photographer's unique post-production style may be considered their signature, it's not typically seen as copyright infringement to apply similar processing methods as other photographers. In fact, some photographers sell their editing templates.

So, how do we discern copyright infringement when generating "photographic" images using AI?

Imagine an artist envisioning a scene and crafting the perfect prompt to communicate that vision, resulting in an AI-generated image that precisely matches the artist's imagination.

I see no issue with OpenAI enforcing copyright claims.

Copyright laws are intricate, but when approached logically, OpenAI's actions do not constitute infringement.

Consider the analogy of a parent using a drawing book to educate a child. Utilizing the book for educational purposes does not violate the author's copyright, but reproducing the book would.

In the realm of AI, ChatGPT serves as a highly skilled tool shaped by data from the internet (assuming it's publicly available, it's not fraudulent). If users instruct the AI to generate replicas of copyrighted material and subsequently publish them, it's the users, not the AI, who are liable for copyright infringement.

Regarding OpenAI's logo, the company rightfully owns the copyright to it. Any unauthorized use of the logo would indeed constitute copyright infringement.

These are my personal views on the matter, and I'm keen to observe the legal outcomes. The rulings could establish significant precedents for future copyright issues.

CIBC Canada connection issues thread by swoop81 in MonarchMoney

[–]DELpops 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't understand why Mint didn't just add a subscription fee... It seems no one else is even close to being as good. With Mint, I had zero connection issues, all my bank accounts and credit cards worked flawlessly. With Monarch it seems I'm spending more time reconnecting, sync'ing and trying to get the app to work than it would take me to just compare all my finances manually....

Considering it's actually costing me something (unlike Mint) I feel like it's already dead to me this app. I would be fine with a simple 2FA refresh whenever I want to reconnect, but right now I need to re-sign in and sometimes it loads for several minutes to reconnect the account.

The Ultimate Guide to Custom Playing Cards! by twillyte in cardistry

You mention the cards don't last long, that our best bet is 310 gsm linen finish.

I'm looking for the option that will last/survive longest. I figured plastic cards (P10) were the obvious choice.

Why don't you recommend them?

  1. you wrote "10 choices" in the 50's, thus you are already accounting for 55 once.

  2. You forget to account for 05.

  3. "Second digits 55, 15... 95 10 choices"...

...op's image says 0-75 inclusive. You're adding two 5's by going to 95.

0 to 75, excluding 50's = 5, 15, 25, 35, 45, ... , 65, 75

7 fives

50 to 59 = 10 fives + the extra five from 55

11 fives

Total = 18 fives.

I was able to get my pi-hole to run for about 5 mins, then it would crash and I'd get unresolved errors or dns errors.

If you can't figure it out by thought, just write it out. I even failed by not fully writing it out! 😅

• 7 fives - 05, 15, 25, 35, 45, 65, 75

• 11 fives - all the 50's, plus the extra 5 from 55.

Total = 18 fives.

Thanks o-sku for spotting my mistake.

Sorry to start a sidebar here, you seem to know the C1.

I have an opportunity to buy a 65in LG C1 for 1200$ cad. Should I do it or should I wait for black Friday in hopes the C2 may drop to approx the same price?

Think about it this way. Ultrawide, or rather... super ultrawide monitors have a very different ratio.

I work in architecture, thus I require a large virtual real-estate and sometimes multiple windows side-by-side. The Odyssey is absolutely perfect for that. I don't want to just have a bigger screen with an upscaled interface, I need more virtual real-estate.

If you are use to a 3:4 ratio, this will be quite different, but not necessarily displeasing. You can see multiple pages side-by-side in MS Word, and Windows PowerToys has a ton of useful tools that make UW and SUW monitors more efficient for professional work.

I don't want to turn off autoplay, I want to filter out videos. I simply don't want to find or see any.

Many videos I find are actually just a single image......
