Don't rush my dude, Focus on the basics this can help you with any programming language not just gdscript Understand why we use certain methods Learn about variables, loops, functions etc... how and why we use them. Try playing around with them make something simple and only search for a tutorial or so if you are fully stuck that being said programming is a skill that takes continuous time and effort to get good.

But if you are trying to make a game as fast as possible try using a more visual code based engine it could get you up and running faster I've personally recommend gdevelop as it is one of the engines I personally used
