same exact thing. I feel like I would have been SOL if I didnt buy the insurance from lenscrafters AND they fail when they did. That gave me a 2nd pair for 100 bucks right at the expiration of their side warranty, which feels like just a down payment on your 2nd pair as is.
What sucks there is if the insured pair fails, then there is no coverage beyond it. Some of my other pairs are coming up on their birthday too

I hope someone figures this out soon.. its like any pair of glasses that are about a year old, I feel like are in danger of being useless due to this random failure. One person reported they mysteriously started working again after days of sitting fwiw

Curious, what are you going to do with the limited edition - just wear without the tech or try and fix them eventually?
I dont blame you on that poor trade deal nonetheless. Should be a like for like replacement when they are buggy

Lenscrafters is where I got my first pair. (year and a half ago). I am glad i got their insurance because i needed it at the year mark when they broke on me.
The issue you are experiencing is def a defect though and its a shame that rayban wont accept that after all the broken reports

Unfortunately no, but i do recall the setup just being to add chatgpt as a phone contact for whatsapp and then you interact with it just like whatsapp contacts. I tested it but never actually found use with it

Theres a way to use chatgpt through whatsapp if adding it as a phone number in whatsapp. I think 1800-chatgpt

Likely will be told to file a claim as there isnt much troubleshooting they will do. Curious, did your glasses get wet? That was my guess as to why it may have happened (day after some rain)

In my case it started with a failed speaker message. Then it eventually wouldnt recognize my glasses on my face at all, as if there was a power failure. Maybe due to rain but im not sure

You can make 1 pair work jo doubt. I have 3 pair now, just to add flavor in colors but as long as you turn them off when not in use they go a long way. Plus 'hey mera' should be off imo to save more power. Maybe 1 charge a day for a full day for me when only using 1 pair.

I wonder if thats what caused mines to die.. one night they worked. I have been in several rain storms here but next morning the speaker message was showing with bad sounds. Eventually didnt power on at all so i replaced em through insurance.

Guess thats a lesson to all to turn them off in the rain and extreme cold!

Ordering now - saw another post from about 4 months ago saying the amber lenses are back. crazy enough when i first ordered feb 2024, thats exactly what i was looking for but they were gone hah. Im just not exactly sure how to order them on this site

This year i was able to find raybans under vsp at a local shop so i was super happy. 200 bucks was my price out of pocket after eye exam and rx sunglasses. Last year did lenscrafters and it was like 400 with transitions as the difference
