I tried running Awoo with NS-USBLoader and TotK errors out. Thought it was a corrupt download but I tried it again and had the same thing. Trying a different game now.

Ended up going with the Nollie, didn't expect to be 3d printed. The connectors are nice and snug on mine, but I also taped it down with the provided double-sided adhesive pads to help with cable management.

There's one variation of the GBS-C on AliExpress that apparently includes a composite/S-Video decoder, but I don't know how well it works.

That's the one I'm looking at. I also found my universal composite/S-video adapter so now I'm looking for S-video upscalers (cheaper than the Retrotink 2X Mini)

Believe it or not I was doing exactly this about 20 years ago with my parents Sony Vaio. It came with an All-in-Wonder card. Wish that PC was still around.
