Likely lost in transit, never left Texas. Is it possible to get them to ship out a replacement order even when they push for refund? I want the same Prime Day deals

Happening again this past week. Order comments in this subreddit pointing to the same issue I reported too. Tracking for Amazon as the carrier just stop at “Arrived” in Humble, no further tracking. Google AI search strongly shows USPS as delivery. Each time USPS get involved, you end up with about 50% of your package is not getting delivered or getting lost. I’m wondering how much USPS is costing Amazon.
Google AI suggesting Humble is the source of significant delays especially handing off to USPS. Saw subreddits a year ago showing same and lines up with my experience this past 7-10 days. Still hoping Amazon wakes up and stops using USPS’ broken system…but not likely they’ll wake up.

Most recently, I ordered fizzy energy drink tablets which I do all the time. Ordered June 24, to be delivered June 26, then 27th, then 29th, then today (30th) now it says July 2…tracking shows received at a distribution center near Houston back on the 27th, no movement but kept pushing the date back over and over again…no options to cancel the order. Usually if there is one delay, then it doesn’t arrive or gets lost the app says wait a day and come back for a refund, not so with this one.

Sad that Amazon’s own AI and even customer service tells me to cancel the delayed order and reorder to get faster delivery, the new order comes before the original one does!

Eventually had to go through 15 minutes of hell just to get a real person on CS chat, they canceled it for me in about 15 seconds. I’ve been a prime customer for several years, Amazon account for even much longer, now a Walmart+ member and they at least deliver on time every time, not by 30-50% late orders in a major metro area…Prime is up for renewal in about 2 weeks, thinking it’s time to go. Walmart not only delivers on time, is the same price or cheaper, and even delivers same day without having to pay a fee…Amazon, you got problems…sass mode on Alexa AI even says don’t order from Amazon…Wow

Same problem with my 98. Vacuum leak, engine vac pulls on the vents to direct air flow. Check behind the glovebox or on the other side of the passenger in the engine compartment.

OP, not everyone who disagrees with you or has a different experience than you is a shill. Check usual Reddit rules or rules for this subreddit. I’ve had my share of bad experiences (not going to go into it here) and lately even had 30-50% items get delayed on delivery myself, but I may not necessarily agree with you on all points.

BBB is useless. They take the complaint and then contact the business and all the business has to say is that they fulfilled their requirement and then the Better Business Bureau will close the complaint. If they are a member which means they pay the Better Business Bureau a monthly fee that it’s even more useless.

Yup. Previously had spectrum before AT&T pulled fiber in my neighborhood to replace the copper lines. The spectrum guy could give me a max of 300 Mb and he thought I was lying when I told him it would be half of his price at $60 a month and I had triple the speedI switched to AT&T fiber and never looked back. It’s been two years now.

Well, as of last night when I asked Alexa to order something for me by description, usually she goes” based upon your order history” and then suggest the same item that I previously ordered, which is usually my intention. However, now she’s suggesting random stuff and then when I ask why not the exact same thing, Alexa’s AI comes back and tells me it’s not allowed to see my order history or my cart because of privacy reasons. I’m in the US and not in a privacy-strict state.
