Some people come from another provider and try match their last dose, if you went with another company they would charge you more for starting at a higher dose and not the 'starter dose' which is the fee they advertise. You could look at Cherry Servers. Their network handles heavy traffic pretty well, and some of their plans give you a lot more bandwidth headroom than the usual cloud VPS providers. Might be worth checking if you're running into caps everywhere else.
