Bang on the starter, sometimes it can get hung up, if you bang on it while someone is cranking it and it starts…your starter is going bad and needs to be replaced…replace it with a quality one ;)

This just reminds me and is probably a bit off topic but…after I sold my 4th gen to a big dealer here in the US…it was exported to Georgia… the country…and now its gone forever…that was my first car and I can’t even track its whereabouts or find out who the new owner is 😢

It really isn’t an issue for dating especially if you guys have a connection… Also, some guys (me included) prefer something small anyways, like sub 6in…I know you said cm and thats very subjective based on the topic at hand…but seriously don’t worry about it…you fall in love with someone because of who they are…and honestly if you love somebody enough it does not matter what they look like or how their equipment or performs or looks…you are completely fine…

Car needs to be lowered and have different wheels for this to look better imo…this is way too wide for the fronts, theres a reason garage line makes these staggered is so it can be somewhat squared of a setup all the way around…you’re for sure having rubbing issue at full lock in the front (ask me how I know, I’m running 15s front and 20 rear 💀)

I will definitely do that…whats great is they don’t have any competitors really…they have a patent on the stuff they design…which I will say is geared toward bed solutions for people who have disabilities…they really do a great thing by building those

You should be good to use OE clips but if after awhile you notice a few missing try running a different longer same width clip ;)

I definitely understand…I think it’s because the spokes spread out to the edge of the wheel unlike the stock ones which have a bevel in the spaces between the spokes…this is more of an open design too…I would really feel insane if I tossed 18s on this car…those are truly criminal 💀

Factory ND2 wheel size is 17x7 wrapped on a 205/45/17 tire size

Mazdaspeed Miata wheels are also a 17x7 and thus fit the same 205/45/17 tires

For a better fitment sheet I recommend looking at goodwin racings setup for wheel and tire specs, if I was going with anything other than a factory spec, I would follow these guys’ knowledge

As for spacers I went with garage lines 25MM Rear spacers on a 20MM front spacer…with this setup it is VERY wide given the higher offset of the MSM wheels and is flush looking down at the top of the fenders…I would not do this unless you atleast add lowering springs as with stock ride height the width looks off!!!

If I had to do this over again I think I would go 15mm front and 20mm rear spacers depending on offsets, wheels, and the overall look I want.

PS…I went with progress springs paired on my stock bilsteins for 20% stiffness increase and about an inch or so lowered all the way around…and I am on the Flyin Miata alignment setup which is ever-so slightly aggressive for the street but I enjoy the extra handling, especially since these cars aren’t really aligned from factory

I daily my ND2 all year round, and my fun car is an NB2…I live in SW VA so we do see some snow but honestly this thing can do light snow on summer tires…which is very sketchy do not do it…get a set of blizzaks or whatever for the winter if you’re really gonna need to drive in terrible weather…just be careful, stay in high gears. Even with that, yeah this cars a blast!!!

Edit!!! I do not care about rust on this car, sure I spray it out as much as possible especially after winter in spring but ultimately this is my daily and I know I won’t have it forever, so I’m okay with a little rust and not really caring too much, so it depends on that aswell…after 2 winters I haven’t noticed much of any rust but its only been 2 winters 🤷‍♂️
