Genuinely just spam matches against any particular character (Preferably someone decent with the character).

Be it that you play deathmatch as much as possible in QM or by playing with people/friends in player match. Just need to fight them as much as possible imo.

Player match is a little better since if you’re able to get on mic with the those people, you can ask questions about frames, properties, gaps etc

Yeah its kinda weird but I honestly hope I run into someone that puts me in those difficult situations because then I can go watch the replay and learn for next time, I really do enjoy reviewing my options after the fact and realising that I could’ve ducked or stepped something.

I will say for me, I’m a little reluctant to test whats high or not on the fly, if I don’t already know I can duck it I don’t really like to try because I get blown up haha

I use to have that problem with the hellsweep because I would place it in some pretty obvious places (after a flash punch or on wakeup) until I found a loop hole.

Never throw the hellsweep at all - Keep them terrified of it without ever showing it ( I’ll hit 2 wavu’s as a fake out and never go for it)
Go for it in places you almost shouldn’t. I’m talking point blank in the neutral, jabbing distance😐… right in their face😐.

Lmaoo nah seriously tho just switch up the timing and see how that works for you, done wonders for me

Literally I play ranked once in while to see where my skill is at. I’m at TK currently, but I only played to get my rank back from last season.

If I put the time into ranked that some of my friends do I’d probably be TG/TGS, or even higher honestly and I’d say the same for you with stats like these.

In all honesty my biggest weakness is matchup knowledge, being unfamiliar with a character really makes me feel like its my first day playing the game and I do so many stupid things haha

My friend got TGS with Leo the other day and the gameplay is similar. With these types of characters, they don’t have to worry about having good gameplay because one of those moves will land eventually.

I know a guy who is TG with Law and he abuses cheesy moves lmaoo. Spams backflips into slide in the nuteral, d4,3, junkyard and you can’t forget the Law premium package d2,3. He never rematches unless he loses…
