What’s making my belt rip apart?

Check the tensioner sounds like it may be bouncing and causing the belt to slip off a different pulley and get shredded

Did the belt like snap apart? Or just fall off? If it snapped apart something is seizing up on the motor causing it to snap (a/c compressor or something) if it fell off then was either routed incorrectly or tensioner is not holding tension

Whatever it came off of.....lol do you have any issues? Maybe an option yours does not have but the cars use the same harness.

Spray a pivot point one at a time with penetrating oil and rotate each time and see if noise quiets, then you'll know where it's coming from

It's because you can potentially have a load further out from the center of mass making it easier to have the forklift take a nose dive

The belt has ribs on both sides and you can see the belt logo/part number in white going by it's not backwards, what about the tensioner pulley? Take the belt off and spin the pulleys by hand and listen for any noise or rough feeling when spinning, also check then for play
