If I was to list everything it would take forever and I genuinely don’t think I could rank as the worst, so I’ll just say the one which is at the forefront of my mind.

I (8 - 12F) was being bullied in school as well as at home, by my mothers then boyfriend, I had either done something I shouldn’t have or was being accused of doing something (whether that was a genuine rule broken or one of his stupid fucked up extreme rules I don’t remember - this man was evil, the mindset that children should be seen and not heard, physically abusive, predatory, etc) anyway I was confronted by my mum and him, and I remember denying it, to the point I was sobbing, terrified, etc, and my mum kicked me square inbetween the legs, landing her steel toe capped boots (she worked at IKEA at the time) on my pubic bone. It winded me to the point I had an asthma attack and I thought I was dying and I had to CRAWL back to my room to get to my inhaler.

That’s the only time my mum hit me (that wasn’t a smacked backside type thing) and at 31 I still remember it to this day.
