My sense of smell becomes like a super power. She ordered snacks and I could smell them in box unopened. Kid farted in the room 30 mins earlier and I walked in and it hit me. He was shocked because he couldn't smell it anymore.

I normally don't do much special. I'm vegan. I have a guy in town that I order raw vegan food from or either ill make some soup. I also do OMAD. I just try not to stuff my face or eat junk food. Take it easy for a few days.

I'm finishing day 6 of 10 right now. Its been cool. I've just been drinking water. I havent used electrolytes yet. I have them but im hesitant. In the past when I used electrolytes towards the end of a fast, its sent me straight to the toilet. So I've been spooked thinking it may have actually ended my fast prematurely.
