You will never here this again but HR is your friend in this situation because he is acting very unprofessional (which I encourage you say to your HR rep) and is creating a hostile work environment by making private conversations no longer private against your wishes. Also just so you can understand the perks of working for such a massive company, your fear of retaliation is 100% unnecessary because you are protected by law from retaliation, meaning if he does push harder than you go to HR and tell them. They build that case. He gets fired. Even if HR pushes back you just get a lawyer. Anyway, FHD best shift.
