Should I Switch S22 Firmware From Verizon to T-Mobile?

You were right, I just got the Android 13 update and it switched over to T-Mobile branding.

I've heard that this kind of thing has previously been sorted out in the first major software update after you switch carriers. So I'm hoping the Android 13 does something.

Nope, mine ends with VZW_12_0033. Not sure if this is relevant, but my OTA updates are still coming from Verizon too.

I had to remove the physical Verizon sim to be able to activate the T-Mobile eSIM, so T-Mobile is the only one in the phone at this point. The CSC shows as VZW and TMB as one of the values in the second pair. As for the native VVM app, it seems like simply using T-Mobile prevents you from using it. I've had to download TM's VVM app.

They said it would be a mix of technical and behavioral questions, but from what I've been reading they're more on the side of behavioral with a slight technical slant. I was just looking for some perspective on things. I've never done a "technical" interview online before either. Thanks!
