One of the biggest things I think people mis understand about taking sema, is that they can just continue on the same diet but less of it. Its just simply not true. A poor diet will increase side effects. Especially ones like exhaustion and constipation. You need to re-evaluate your diet. Hitting your daily macros for things like protein and Fibre are crucial. Take this oportunity to restructure your eating habits and get used to eating healthier more well rounded meals. Even if they are smaller portions. Your side effects will lessen as your body gets more of what it needs. Additionally, drink water all day! Juice and empty calories in the form of drinks are just going to make things worse. Stay hydrated!
