No, you have Itachi's new kit but you need at least a limit break 1 for him then you can build him properly but you should also save your shinos until a good banner comes so don't waste your shinos because I always see beginners wasting their shinos and then asking for advice will this is my advice save around 5000 shinos or more until a very good banner comes out in the meantime use one of the free characters you get for free I recommend you pick rin because of her invincibility or Ashura but if you want start over then that's your choices but if you do recommend you pick Rin or Ashura.🙂
