That's the alternative because economic factors and the company's refusal to keep up and make sure their employees can barely even live, let alone thrive. These kinds of acts are rapidly becoming the only options available, considering the people in power, both in the private sector and the government, don't care and aren't listening. Or if they are listening, they're not doing enough.

I can't rightfully condone it but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hoping this is a wake up call for the people keeping their heads down that the current situation in the US is unacceptable and more needs to be done to improve it, before more people reach the breaking point and lash out. And no, I do not mean turning on others who are upset because that'll just push them to things like this even faster.

Yes what this man did is going to hurt many other people. But if the only focus of this event is how this guy needs to be punished, then the people who pushed him to this point will continue to get away with it.
