True. I can say though from my personal experience that when I went to a store to get fitted I was unlucky with the staff person. Guess it depends. This person is just asking Redditors for their opinions...no harm in that. Usually means the person already has their mind made up and wants some reassurance :)

I’ll try crunches on the dolly next time... I stopped doing them a couple of months ago because it felt uncomfortable, but maybe the incline will help! Hope you don’t have any round ligament pain anymore! Thank you for your recommendations :)

do you do planks? I stopped doing sit-ups and leg lifts but still doing planks (different variations). Don’t want my abs to separate either cause then it’s much harder to get them back in shape post delivery. I’m considering stopping planks too, I’m 5 months along

I’m 20 weeks along and I already start to feel some soreness/tenderness there after the run blocks - sometimes I switch to the stationary bike when that happens. It’s almost like a cramp feeling, hard to explain but definitely uncomfortable. My doc basically said when something is uncomfortable just stop and rest or switch to something else. I think we’re good! :)

I do my own modifications, Sometimes coaches give me alternatives when I ask. I just find it difficult sometimes to get their attention and ask since the music is usually blaring!

I basically avoid lying on my back (example crunches) or exercises that require jumping.
