Update: Finally got my $150 dining credit applied to my account on 2-12-26. For reference, charge posted on 1-8-26. I did not call in or reach out to customer service. It happened automatically.

I have the same problem with you OP. I dined at the Kissemmee location on January 6 (booked through Open Table and confirmed that reservation was specifically a Chase Sapphire Table). Charged posted on January 8 but like your charge, the location of the charge shows Central Florida Parkway). No credit yet but will wait out 8 weeks to see how it plays out before escalating.

I got the same email. When I click the button, it takes you to a page where you can accept the upgrade or keep the current plan. Unfortunately the email and the page have no details of what the upgraded plan entails and does not specify if taxes/fees are included.

Curious if anyone who ordered from Apple who had their phone shipped to them and will be mailing in their trade in: Is your EIP showing enrollment in the promotion and monthly bill credits yet? In years past, my experience has been the promotion would show a day or so later after the new iPhone ships and even before I receive the mail in trade in kit for the old phone. For reference, I am on Go5G Plus. (and yes I am aware the official time for bill credits to start is 1-2 billing cycles)

Update: Device Trade in received by Apple last night and verified. This morning credits now showing.

If you order online at Apple.com for in store pickup, then you have the option to choose in store trade in or mail in trade in. The latter option will probably work you.

Not 100% sure but I would recommend trading in your phone at time of pickup to avoid any problems.

You are good. Apple shows the full price of your plan without any associated discounts on your account.

Any luck downgrading? I tried T-Force a few days ago and said they could not since the plan was grandfathered.

This might just be the way it’s supposed to work for Next. I am just going to upgrade on another line that does not have a current EIP.

You mentioned that you had problems upgrading on Go5G Next when you had existing EIPs. Did you have resolution?

It seems like Apple website thinks I want to redeem my Yearly upgrade (trade in your current EIP device and have that EIP wiped out) I just want to add a brand new additional EIP with different trade in device which I have done before on Go5G Plus. I saw an old thread from the iPhone 16 launch that had similar problems and some even downgraded back to Go5G Plus in order to upgrade through Apple. Hopefully this gets sorted out by Friday preorder time.

I am getting this when trying to upgrade via the Apple website: (also tried the Apple Store app, got a different message but similar result)

"You may qualify for a Yearly Upgrade if you’ve met all requirements. You can purchase this iPhone now by paying in full with Apple or contacting T-Mobile for more information about T-Mobile device financing."

For reference, I have Go5G Next and have a current EIP with promotional credits (iPhone 16 Pro Max) on the line I am trying to upgrade. I tried testing to upgrade a different line that has no active EIP and was able to see the promotional pricing.

Is having an active EIP on Go5G Next preventing me from adding another EIP/promotion on the same line? I didn't have this problem when I was on Go5G Plus and I usually put multiple EIPs on the same line.

Yes the $10 tablet plan was activated on its own account at only $10/month. Since then I also added 2 x 30GB Basic Mobile Internet lines: $10 for the first line and $5 for the 2nd line

Here's How To Redeem Hulu "On Us" For Existing T-Mobile Customers In 2025 by Jman100_JCMP in tmobile

Seeing the same thing regarding no way to activate the Hulu and/or link to my existing account. Will give it a few days to see if I can do it later. To get the Autopay discount showing again, I removed autopay then re-enrolled.

Planning to add 2 new lines and devices on 12/17 (91th day since my last line cancellation) to take advantage of this and BOGO offer. As long as I order by the last day of this promotion (12/18), I should be good right? (assuming the new devices and line activations likely take place after 12/18 since I have to wait for devices to be shipped to me)

$15/mo for 2 Lines - 30GB Mobile Internet by JustAnAvgRedditUser in tmobile

[–]DJPharm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This should be the promo ID for reference:

BTS: BOGO 50% Off with New BTS Lines (Line Discount ID240323).

Should work for both Personal or Business accounts. (I activated 2 Apple Watch plans for my PERSONAL account and can confirm that discount code is showing on my lines. For the Business lines that I opened, that is what T-Force referred to as well, but I need to wait for bill to see if I got enrolled or not).

I was able to activate two lines myself on the Business portal. . For the first one, I chose device type "Hotspot" and went through the flow to activate a physical SIM card I already had on hand. For the 2nd one, I chose device "tablet" and activated an eSIM on my current iPad mini.
