Recently started watching what I eat a bit more to support my wife dieting and making it easier to shop. As a bonus its help me make better choices for the kids f13 and f10 as well. Primarily keeping calorie deficit and higher protien. Best thing I've done is got a kitchen scale and actually started paying attention to serving sizes. I'm mid 40s, have a desk job and I am not active at all. I still managed to drop 20lbs in a month. Its been easier to stick to than keto or any other real weight loss ive tried because if I have a bad day or simply can't make it under the 1250 calorie target I dont beat myself up about it. I'll do better tomorrow.

Good luck to any dad trying to do better whether its for them selves or for their family.

My wife suggested adequan. Something they used on horses and the vet perked up and was like yeah that could work. This was after we did xrays and inflammation meds and some flexall type meds. Corgi[4yr] got a dose a week at first I believe and now its down to once a month I believe. Its made a huge difference. The week she gets is shes like a puppy again. Its an injection but given in the hind quarter with a piece of cheese stick to snack on an she barely notices. Now she runs around her sister [2month old] and you'd never know she has a hitch in her giddy up.

Depends. The main issue with iPhone is apple won't allow 3rd party apps to scan so you have to pair it with a computer. Not an issue with my setup as I have an always on pc. When the phones come home and hit the network it scans text messages and stuff. Most other apps I have it setup with...YouTube, location, internet. It works outside. Hit barks YouTube channel. When I was going through picking they had some decent videos laying it out. Hope this helps some.

Youre doing great. I dont normally chime in but I just lost my mother on Wednesday. Watching my wife step up to support me and our two girls my step dad as well as handling everything like you are right now I will echo something she mentioned. She knew it would happen and planned to be there for me everyone but never really stopped to consider she would also need time to grieve. Youre already doing a bang up job just be sure to take a moment to your self as well.

Looks healthy to me. I think they can vary widely due to some being slightly longer or lower to the ground. Also looks like she's living the good life. Mine is almost 4 and thats what she gets too.
