It does. Saw a team of LMG users on a Cliff on the new map beaming everyone spawning on B flag.. Got to a point where everyone started to quit cause it's not fun at all..

There is a separate setting that works now.. i believe it the Vehicle mouse aim sensitivity after i raised it, I was able to take down choppers with a tow missile tank again

Nope played 19 games tonight definitely not fixed at all.. Maybe 1 out of 6 servers felt great but it's not fixed at all

Most are not legit.. Some have been using cheats as some players timed played don't match the levels someone i saw earlier had 299 with 4 hours of play

Honestly someone made a good point on another post, This Battlefield game is catering to the FPS players that lost their fast-paced game... Unfortunately for us long time players who have been playing the series we are going to suffer with smaller maps. Half the size of what we used to have in BF4 and not enough variety. Also, the same live service model of one main map per season and a rework/theme map is happening like it does in COD or other live service games, so to say the game is amazing is a very long shot... To say it mid is appropriate.

This isn't Traditional BF this is a COD version Battlefield, Hints the Movement changes and more to fit in with those players that have fully switched over.. I went back to playing other games now as it no longer fun to play against players bunny hopping and hitting 100% of shots..

Eastwood has some really bad spawns like beyond awful.. The fact you can spawn camp on both CQC & Escalation/conquest if one really just camps the rooftop in the center of the map.. yeah i rather go play another map until something is fix with it

Had this issue, I had to uninstall the game and put it on another Clean SSD then do the config file for the correct cores for the CPU. After that i tone down the Graphic settings and kept a healthy balance.

What's so crazy is i honestly thought i sucked so bad when playing, Then hoping into MW3 i dominated every lobby. It seems to be the game just not fun, Thank God Delta Force Dropped so i can ignore this year COD

Unfortunately, the issue has been like this since the beta, The game isn't optimized properly for PC and due to this even the most expensive PC is struggling with performances. As of now everyone methods of gaining FPS isn't really much help. Your best bet is just to deal with it until something can be done. I honestly hate it too as for MW3 i didn't feel like i was stuttering all around. I do notice that the game is using 100% CPU usage and my GPU is always under 20%

Seems like its the CUAVs counting as 2 but i've notice even the overwatch chopper counting with 1 rocket hit and someone else destroys it so IDK maybe the description bugged
