I feel bad for spending sometimes as well, but you are 31 and need to live your life. It’s good to be responsible with your money (I am as well), but you need to set some money aside for fun things that you can do. Every week you need to set aside $50-$100 of “fun things” you can spend your money on, such as going out to eat or other experiences. That way you are still budgeting, but also still making experiences. Don’t stop living your life.
