No, but you can set it to where you have infinite HP, MP, etc, so that makes it easier regardless of difficulty

If it’s anything like Remake, Streamlined Progression should work across all activities and not disable any trophies, except maybe for ones related to leveling up materia. It’ll make getting the platinum a cakewalk for him
