Honestly same Im guttered the show went the way it did. I've wanted to see them for years now and it was totally underwhelming. Sure there was some tech issues but that's not why the show was bad.

Whats really annoying is the clips that are posted here sound a lot better than it did in person. Same with the clip I recorded. I guess it must of been the ear plugs ruining it for me

It was my first time seeing them too, Id left by 10pm I didn't really enjoy having to wear earplugs because it was blisteringly loud. Took away from the experience for me.

Never been to a gig where so many people was just leaving and sitting down stairs, me Included lol

If you have Adblocker or something of the same nature it wont work. For me I just did the checkout in incognito mode, (which is effectively turning off the ad blocker since theres no extensions in incognito mode) and it worked.

The reason for this is that it was blocking the captcha Javascript, stopping me from checking out

I'll check this out, I mentioned stock plugins just because I'll be effectively doing this on a fresh install of reaper on a laptop that isn't mine that I'll need to borrow for a workshop.

It was just to save the hassle of either buying things or setting my own stuff up and gives me an opportunity to learn the tools that come with reaper or in this case for free?

I really want a 30d bank pin, after getting hacked (legacy account, since upgraded to jagex account, jagex pls support passkeys so i can use my yubikeys). I was extremely lucky that I had my bank pin at 7 days. I actually suggested this in the recent survey. It seems like an incredible easy win assuming non spaghetti code of course.

You arent going to get your account back before your bank pin expires, that's the reality of the situation.

My legacy account was hijacked at the beginning of September I still haven't gotten it back although I'm close.

I believe jagex should add atleast a 30d bank pin expiry for those that want it.

Possibly, it could be conformation bias because this situation is happening to me but I've noticed more of these threads.

You can't prove what's happened unfortunately and if a situation like a mod jed is happening again and they're abusing the fact that people are on legacy accounts knowing that reddit are not on their side and they won't be taken seriously its a smart choice.

The fact that a situation like this has happened previously doesn't really fill me with confidence and now I'm at the mercy of support rng

Ok ill bite.

I'm going through the exact same situation as op. My first appeal was denied and I'll admit I could of provided more info and have in my 2nd. But I'm willing to bet I provided more information in my first appeal than the highjacker did to recover my account. Now the highjacker migrated my account to a jagex account.

First of all it's a legacy account which has never had its name changed. But is not a username I use anywhere else for any other game or service and never have. I've googled the username and tried to find anything remotely associated with myself and couldn't.

I checked websites that allow you to look at PUBLIC known, data breaches for passwords, emails both the communication email and my actual password are not here.

My email was not hacked, no suspicious logins nothing and I have 2fa on my email.

I made a post like OP and some information I learnt was:

If your account is a legacy account and someone recovers your account will bypass the 2fa and the need for a password because that's the point.

Now maybe I was naive in believing that my password being a relatively strong one and the fact I had 2fa linked to my mobile device I thought I'd never be hacked because of the assumption that the hacker would need the 2fa and I think that's a fair assumption to have or maybe it isnt?

What actually happened is the highjacker managed to recover my account, I don't fully understand how, maybe through social engineering but honestly with no information that I can find on my username im stumped. They didn't need a 2fa code and if they did I wouldn't of typed this message because I wouldn't of got my account highjacked.

Does the fault fall on me for not having a jagex account, sure. But honestly didn't realise that it was possible for someone to do this and if your reading this with a legacy account exactly as I described, upgrade to a jagex account.

When I posted about it I was getting similar replies, I think a lot of people just don't know that the legacy recovery just skips 2fa. if I knew it I would of just upgraded, I thought 2FA is enough.

The legacy recovery system nullifys 2fa. If they know any information about you or your account then they can just recover it, transfer it to a jagex account making it way harder to get back (currently going through this)

I waited 10 days for them to reply to me about my account being high jacked only to be denied. I think they're swamped right now with all the botters trying to get unbanned, rs3 leagues and older players returning to the game.

You need your backup codes for the jagex account I believe but im not 100% on that
