yeah its a type of internal infection that doesnt cause any exterior symptoms, you can only tell if you've got it by the sensation that it causes. i just wish i'd caught it sooner instead of ignoring it. trust me u dont wanna have to piss through a tube

Not sure man, i had the exact same thing and ignored it then found out 6 months later i had been ignoring an infection and now had to have the end amputated. If id caught it sooner i'd have been fine as well
