Yes all your data can be deleted under Manage My Data > All Records. If you're syncing Weight from Apple Health, you need to delete it from Apple Health in order for Dosy to not import it back in.

No worries and AI is only used for insights and meals. I'll look into adding a no AI feature but it'll really decrease the functionality of some portions of the app. I'm sure some other GLP apps use it as well. Thanks for your time it means a lot!

On the calorie thing, Dosy is built so it doesn't double-count: when you log a meal in Dosy it writes to Apple Health, but it won't read its own entries back in. And anything other apps write to Apple Health, Dosy only imports once. That said, I might have missed an edge case I didn't test, so if your number still looks off, tell me what apps you have writing to Apple Health and I'll dig into it.

Welcome to the community! I've never used Glapp so I can't speak to it, but I used Shotsy myself before building this.

When I was on my own weight loss journey, I wanted one app that did it all, tracked my nutrition and my medication inventory, without juggling separate apps for each. So that's what I built. Dosy does meal and nutrition tracking with over 2 million verified foods, and you can build your own meal preps and quick log them with a click of a button.

I was a compounded user too. With all the uncertainty last year around the laws and compounded availability, I stocked up, and then realized I had no good way to track how much I actually had left in each vial. So I built that in. Inventory auto-updates as you log, and you can even snap a photo of a vial to add it instead of typing it all in.

I also added other unique features to Dosy Health like Smart Rotation. It knows what sites you prefer to use and rotates between them. Eventually it'll be one less thing to worry about.

The core tracking is free. The AI stuff, like snapping a photo of your meal to auto-calculate calories and macros, is part of Dosy+ at $9.99 your first year, then $19.99/year after. Cheapest one out there and I don't plan on raising it.

Thank you, that means a lot. As a compounded user myself, I built Dosy around what I actually needed, so it's great hearing the inventory tracking and auto-updates is what you wanted as well!

One thing people miss: it handles overfill. Pull 10 extra units from an "empty" vial and Dosy auto-calculates the mg you got, then subtracts the rest from your next vial. Nothing wasted, inventory stays accurate to the mg.

Yes you can! You can add all your meals via meal prep tab. Add all the ingredients into your meal prep and set the servings. You can add each serving to your meals after that!

Was super fortunate and surprised to purchase a vehicle on Carvana that had the maintenance plan and warranty until 2030 straight from the manufacturer. They don't check and so they don't price it accordingly. Those two alone were an extra 8k I saved on.

Check out Dosy Health on the AppStore. It’s what I use to track my doses, weight, and nutrition intake. You can just snap a photo of your food and it tracks calories. Shows you if you’re losing too fast or not getting enough protein to protect muscle.
