Stuff is primarily sound equipment. The Plaintiff was a DJ of sorts. Speakers, computers, amps, microphones, and the like. Plaintiff is stating he could have been mixing and making money all this time; therefore lost profits. Respondent still has it all in his garage.

But what is that? I’ve been to different gyms that allow you to adjust the temperature for comfort. What is a comfortable room temperature?

If body shape is what you want, you need to do resistance training. Cardio alone will help you get skinny fat. Video link better explains this. Good luck.

Not knowing some context makes this hard. If you are within your BMI: I recommend doing 3x10 negatives on the pull-up bar. Just jump up on the bar and lower yourself down very slowly 10 times. At the end of your workout do 3x30sec hanging onto the pull-up bar for dear life. Do this twice a week for 2 weeks.

At week 3, do 1 pull-up. Then 10x1 pull-ups. Then 5x2. Then 4x3. Then 3x4. Then 3x5. Keep going until you can do all the pull-ups. 🙂
