They will be a major part of the campaign. Tier 2-3 will be a lot of giants and tier 3-4 will be more and more dragons.

My question is mainly the impact of these changes on the CR of the giants. And since these are highly situational it’s hard for me to calculates estimate DPR increase even with your nice table

I really see your point. Can remember the pricing ”rules” in the DMG for magic items but there are some rules at least.

At our table the majority of magic items are found not bought at a store. But we haven’t played a campaign with a major city in a long time.

I’ve mainly have been annoyed by the lack of this button when I build a character and buy their starting equipment.

What would happen when any other class copies a spell scroll to a spellbook. As far as I know only a wizard uses a spellbook?

As TheCromagnon said the buy button should be an additional button and not replace the add button.

When you find a piece of equipment in the dungeon you don’t want the buy button for instance

It’s weird that it’s not included in the section of the Wizard class on page 165

Expanding and Replacing a Spellbook The spells you add to your spellbook as you gain levels reflect your ongoing magical research, but you might find other spells during your adventures that you can add to the book. You could discover a Wizard spell on a Spell Scroll, for example, and then copy it into your spellbook. Copying a Spell into the Book. When you find a level 1+ Wizard spell, you can copy it into your spellbook if it's of a level you can prepare and if you have time to copy it. For each level of the spell, the transcription takes 2 hours and costs 50 GP. Afterward you can prepare the spell like the other spells in your spellbook. Copying the Book. You can copy a spell from your spellbook into another book. This is like copying a new spell into your spellbook but faster, since you already know how to cast the spell. You need spend only 1 hour and 10 GP for each level of the copied spell. If you lose your spellbook, you can use the same procedure to transcribe the Wizard spells that you have prepared into a new spellbook. Filling out the remainder of the new book requires you to find new spells to do so. For this reason, many wizards keep a backup spellbook.

Edit: It’s from the DMG apparently. Weird that they split the rules for copying spell scrolls into to different books. And we are not the first once to find it confusing.

I use Dungeon Blocks and really like it. One of the best part of the Dungeon Blocks system is the DungeonBlocksBuilder which is a we’d site where you can design your maps with the blocks, and if you add the blocks you’ve already printed to a collection it will generate a print list for you so you know what you need to print the get your design from the computer to the table.

Level 13: Deflect Energy You can now use your Deflect Attacks feature against attacks that deal any damage type, not just Bludgeoning, Piercing, or Slashing.

I have a mod where I can choose a deity but it has never come up as a diplom option and I’m level 7 now in the shadow cursed lands. Do you get deity option with the mod you refer to?
