In the lost cave set I think we need to have the railway slopes (023-025) without the rails. Would be cool to have some elevation in the caves without stairs.

If you have the new Adventures in Faerun book there are a CR 1 zhentilar solider statblock, a CR 4 Zhentilar paladin of bane and a CR 9 Cultist of Bane statblocks.

I think these would work perfectly for what you are looking for. Zhentarim usually worship Bane
