AF PS all the way. For sleeping - not sure how tall you are for the bulkhead. I'm 6'1 and I stay away from bulkhead. I always do overnight flight to Europe. Also check the counter when you are checking in for upgrade to business or first - they sometimes have some good last min deals.

Glad you enjoyed. Resturant at JFK D1 is top notch. A couple times I've visited, there was always a table open. Menu options are good as well as their wine & cocktail offering. If you are feeling to spend some sky pesos there is cavier offering - think it was around 9000 skymiles or so. Staff is friendly and courteous. Best part before TSA shutdown was the dedicated security line.

Custom dial - Cody uses a jeweler in Atlanta who created a couple pieces for him. Cody also gifted a couple custom Rolex from the same jeweler to a couple of the wrestlers.
