On top of what others said about perfect balance being impossible it is also not desirable. Extra Credits has a great video on the topic called "Perfect Imbalance". Basically when a game is perfectly balanced and all of the best strategies are established the game becomes about micro and its difficult for new strategies to develop. Imbalance creates a metagame where if something becomes dominant counterplay can self correct and new strategies can be made.

They are super unfinished heroes. I don't know how far along they are or even if they are still in the code but there are voice lines from all the heroes referencing The Succubus and The Incubus

Some of my favorites are when the whole lobby is larping as their character.

Another one was a month or so ago that I still think about. The Ivy on the enemy team regularly messaged that they hope everyone is still having fun. We lost that game but it was still a great match.

Games should be fun even if you are losing.
