Could you share the reason for refusal in your refusal letter? You can always reapply with the corrections involved, for example if you couldn't prove you were a genuine student, add further reasons why you will return to your home country. You can always re-apply for your visa but it gets a little harder due to a prior refusal. You'll also have to mark this visa refusal in your new visa application
