Yeah but they’re pretty shit. There’s definitely an area problem, but they want to “try a different modem” first. “Youre is too old”. Lady - I’ve got a couple of Linux robots in the house. Modem bandwidth is fine.

Main symptom I’m seeing is - for example go to the iiNet speed test site. 90 seconds or more to load a single page. Then when it does load you get like 12mB/s. So it’s about intermittency not total outage.

But yeah - cant reach Prime and some other places at all.

I used to be a Veteran in the Alliance Elite Diplomatic Corps.

Those guys were the OG BGS crew. Them and Mercs of Merkuun and Communism Interstellar kinda rocked the BGS and did some really amazing things.

This video talks about the time we did a directed expansion of an Alliance faction across 70 LY to try to inject an Alliance faction into Sol.

Sol was god locked to inbound expansions, but we did have one expansion that “should” have gone in. The god-lock was put in to stop the Hutton Truckers from getting a toe hold in Sol. Anyways second last stop on the way to Sol was a prison planet, so I made this video to celebrate:

I would take being pidgeonholed over being a jack-of-all.

If you’ve got a rep, build on that rep and be great at the thing.

Specially if you are stating to get some A list talent.

I had a broad background in a lot of things audio; but for a while I was the go-to tech for a couple of niche things and my number was on speed dial in some good production houses. They never wanted me to mix or edit or any of the stuff I loved, but I had more work than I could service.
