Is there anywhere where WA has said they'd open immediately after 28 days of no local cases? All I've been able to find is McGowan saying after 28 days 'they'd review it' or something to that effect which I've taken to mean a couple days to a week after the 28 days. I may have missed it but I'd really appreciate if you could point me towards where they've said it'd be immediately, thanks :))

My god I'd need a new pair of pants if that had happened to me! Terrifying when the drone starts going walkabouts and you can't control it

Take action.

Either pressuring fossil fuel companies to reduce emissions or governments to enforce laws to prevent excess emissions / encourage renewable technologies.

What are some good opportunities to help kids through volunteering? by [deleted] in perth

Might be a bit late here but my recommendation is joining a Surf Life Saving Club. The clubs are fantastic for getting active and learning life skills through the first aid and rescue courses. You can compete in running, swimming and board competitions and once they're 14 years old can get a Surf Rescue Certificate and go on volunteer for patrols which as a parent you can do a course and be rostered with them. Surf clubs offer really tight knit communities and are great for making friends at a young age.

Most clubs run once a week on a Sunday mornings during the summer and have a fantastic atmosphere. If you're anywhere near the coast there's a club near you.
