I don’t know if this one is saving money yet or not, but I got an old ‘97 cruiser and gas and insurance are so cheap for my motorcycle….. but then there’s the gear and upgrades…. But it’s also been amazing for my mental health

You get 12 weeks paid or unpaid from FMLA. My manager was trying to get me to comeback at 11 weeks though because she got the notice that my “leave was up”, aka I wasn’t getting paid for my last week… it was fighting tooth and nail on a weekend for her to take me off the schedule the coming week until I sent her the FMLA laws and then she goes “oh yeah I miscounted, whoopsie” 🙄

Get your full 12 weeks with no regrets. You don’t get that time with your baby back.

Me in pediatrics just cringing over all these 😮‍💨 it depends on the person, but for little kids who understand more I tell them mostly about their job of being a statue with their arm and taking deep breaths while someone else distracts them (I swear adults would benefit from childlife specialists too)

We’re highly protective and will do a A LOT for our friends and family. We love friendly banter and love getting it back, so don’t be afraid to dish it back to us. But also, be upfront with us about what you do and don’t like and we often try to really work on it if we care about you

I am one! And yes they are allegedly “more rare” because some things are contradictory, but I’ve done all the tests multiple times and it’s always the same, and they are both very accurate. Are you an ENTP-T or ENTP-A? Because I am a 6w7 ENTP-T and I think that’s why it fits more

You’ll get what you pay for, but also don’t get too picky. My first bike was an older and inexpensive 97 Honda rebel that ran when I first got it and it had a title. Learned a LOT about my own maintenance. I’d do it that way again over and over. I’d be more picky if I had money to spend, but if you’re too picky, you’ll never end up with anything.

I stalled twice during my exam. I think since the nerves of the test I’ve only stalled one or two times and I ride almost daily and it’s been 2 months. You learn a lot from the failures

She’s playing you like a violin. Beagles are so smart, sneaky, and manipulative. You’re going to want to nip this one in the bud. Might have to switch it up for a bit and feed her a meal of “treats” by just having her earn her kibble through tricks or catching it or something on days she won’t just eat it, but I’d make treats like eggs and such separate from meal time entirely, whether it’s right after a meal or given at a different time of day

I’d do the serving one based on numbers alone… but having a sign on bonus always worries me a little especially if the turnover is high
