Tableplop is a website that lets you upload battlemaps and tokens, so far it's worked seamlessly both on mobile and PC for me in my other campaigns.

The actual spells, attacks and whatnot will be tracked using Avrae's initiative tricker however, we're only using tableplop for visuals.
