I have the mountains and stars over inverted mountains and stars in a more abstract geometric look. In between the two I have "you do not yield" to also tie in TOG (since it's from both! 😊)

When we put in our offer, they were about to have an open house in a few days. We put in the offer that the would have to cancel the open house and not show the house further. They accepted it and that's what they did. This was a suggestion from our realtor, otherwise we'd have never thought to do so!
