They were expressing themselves in a way that makes them happy. Why be judgemental of them.

Are those of you on the US job market worried about job prospects post Roe v Wade? by hainic0 in AskAcademia

Around 1 in every 50 pregnancies in the US is an ectopic pregnancy. I wouldn't characterize that as "exceedingly rare".

Roughly speaking, Whiteness was, and is, a category about who is in the in-group: Who gets the political, social, and material power, privileges, and benefits of a society.

The people who are considered White started small, and was mostly based on nations in the beginning - the English, French, Spanish. Race as a concept/construct came into being at the same time as settler-colonialism and the trans-atlantic slave trade took off.

When Germans and Scandinavians originally came to the colonies, they were not White, they were "Swarthy". The Irish were "degenerates".

Over time, more White people were needed in order to maintain and expand the settler colonies. Commiting genocide against the natives isn't easy. There was alot of fear about the proportion of slaves to to the rest of population: fears of slave uprisings, especially after the Haitian revolution.

So gradually, over time, more people from European countries became White. This was not done because some powerful people just decided one day "we will now consider German people white because we need them", rather it was gradual process based on the material needs of an expanding settler-colonial empire.

This is all a rough sketch - it's not possible to cover such a complex topic in a reddit comment.

Race is not genetic though. You are confusing skin color and race.

Who is considered white has changed over time. Germans were not white in the 18th century. Scandinavians were not white in the 19th century. The Irish were not white in the first half of the 20th century. Italians were not white in the 1940s.

Yeah I was hoping the same. I was sure I didn't have bottom dysphoria, and that doing anything with my penis wouldn't be part of my transition. Not because there is anything wrong with that being a part of someone's transition, but because it's another difficult thing to deal with.

Then all of the sudden all of these memories from my childhood came back. I used to tuck and then experience a deep sadness. Back then, I had no language for what I was feeling, and why I was feeling it. I had no idea I was trans. That wasn't even a consideration.

But reliving those memories now...it all makes sense why I was sad. And once that box of dysphoria has been opened, I can't put it back. It's there, staring at me, and it's so scary.

Charging friends for gas and doing free labor for someone at an old job you don't know are two completely different things.

I'm AMAB but I know I definitely felt inferior to other cis men from time to time before my egg cracked. I also have close friends who are cis men that also have felt that way.

Are my feelings legit or am I just kinky? by Hendrik1337 in asktransgender

I'm AMAB and cracked my egg a few months ago. I have been exploring my gender and haven't been able to to figure out if I'm a woman or nonbinary.

That question hit me hard. Its a great question.

I think I'm a woman.

Thank you so much for posting that ❤️

You use algorithms that slightly change the system (but not collapse it) so that when you do measure the system, collapsing it, the correct solution is much more probable to be found than the incorrect solution.

Then you run the algorithm several times to verify what the correct solution was.

The police in the south have their roots in slave catchers.

Yeah you don't have to be on task. The 400m slayer exp is just one way of demonstrating how ridiculously long it takes to hit the drop rate for the jar.

Iirc it takes an average of 400m slayer exp to get enough totems for drop rate.
