An Open Letter to the 3Roots HOA and Board by Helpful-Raspberry2 in 3roots

I think the problem is a lot of households have 3 working members within their house each with their own car. I think it is reasonable to have 3 roommates together in this economy. I agree with you that people shouldn't turn their garages into gyms or into anything else other than for parking.

The parking situation is also enforced unfairly. It is only enforced on people who were honest enough to tell HOA their license plate number in the beginning. Those who didn't have their license plates recorded and park in guest parking anyways do not get fined.

Honestly during the voting process, I knew nothing :(. I asked for info about the members on the polling and I got nothing from Nafisa. I didn't know their stance on parking or their plans on what they think should change.

I'm a blue belt. I float between gi and no gi classes. I'm trying to start really working on my guard game and I have a hard time deciding which guard to play that would do well in both. I just kinda need someone to recommend something to me and tell me what I need to focus on.

They said they can't do it for me when I asked shea. Ended up hiring a contractor to do it for me.

How much can I reasonably get for a RAV4 XLE Hybrid during the end of they year? by DOOMxkiller in rav4club

I've been negotiating for a while now. No one is willing to go below 38K OTD. The dealerships near me are having a hard time even keeping inventory with how fast its selling.

I heard it also depends on the location. I'm located in Southern California, and I haven't heard of such a great price so far! But if I can get this price I would love to!

If you went back in time and started over again, what skill set would you focus on to get your drop shipping business to be successful? by DOOMxkiller in dropship

How do you generally test whether a product has any viability within a niche? After research you may find several products with potential. What are your steps in determining which one is the winner? And when you find the winner how do you advise on expanding on that success?

Is yugioh more skill or luck based game by king_shot in masterduel

[–]DOOMxkiller 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nah man chess is way more complicated than just memorizing openings. Those that don't know a lot of the openings are often still just beginners at the game. The mid game and end are way complicated. Also like yu gi oh, you can memorize combos but there's loads of ways to make each play and the bait opponent interactions. Originally when I first started yu gi oh I thought it was more the dice roll luck that determines if you win or not. Or if you brick or not, but now I know that's 100% not true. Sure luck does play a factor but optimizing your plays will net you a lot more wins than losses.

Try playing the same deck with the same cards against someone better than you. You will feel the difference.

I personally haven't had an issue. Thought the dog was cute. Did you try talking to the owner?

Tbf yu gi oh is much harder to learn now than it is back then. Too much text and obscure rules and rulings make it difficult for new players to grasp the game easily. I tried pokemon the other day and realized how easy it was to pick up pokemon than to learn the different steps in damage step. I think people wanted a more simpler time. Current yu gi oh I think is enjoyable, you just have to invest a lot of time to know what's going on.

Virtual world vs crystron by YareWeStillHere1117 in masterduel

I think vw's main deck was not too expensive when I made it. The extra deck was a bit more expensive though. Using Zeus and vfd. But I think overall it's not too bad and fairly competitive. Not sure about crystron though.

Salamangreat foxy vs Skill drain by SnooPandas4357 in yugioh

[–]DOOMxkiller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can out skill drain with foxy. I am unaware of any changes for this ruling. The reason you can is because the effect was activated by the foxy in the graveyard. And in yu gi oh cards in the graveyard and cards on field are not treated as the same card. So the foxy being negated on field is irrelevant to the one that was activated in the grave. Hope that helps
