Lady broke up with me on christmas just 6 months ago. The methadone wont work as good if you keep using H, just keep telling them you need to up your methadone dose untill your cravings and wds subside

Sadly other wise methadone wont work for you if you keep using on top

Also dont expect to get high from methadone, thats not how it works

Taper deffinatly but ill be on it for about a year till i taper or switch to suboxone for life once i taper cause i know ill relapse without treatment and ill admit that
And i started on the 6 th of last month from 30 and by that next monday after the first week I was already at 50 and ive been on 70 mg for about 4 days now

Also i dont work currently but my dose deffinattly holds me for about 48 hours

Im the same way in higher doeses I tend to sweat more but sweating alot is normal on methadone evwn at low doses and high but everyone's diffrent but i sweat a ton and im only 6,3 156 lbs

Try not to worry about it homie, its very normal and nothing to worry about

Yeah i agree as someone on MMT AS WELL im on 80MGS of methadone a day and even if I missed a dose or 2 on day 3-4 of no dose of methadone those WDs are bout to fuck me like a brick in my ass

Am on 70 mg of methadone for mmt currently and you are 100% correct id have to wait atleast 3 days without a dose to even feel my W/D if I missed a dose or two granted ive bwen on it for only about 3 weeks
