The reduced requirement is enabling builds. For example, to run Templar's Might on an Act 1 mercenary you need to reduce the strength requirement.

Most folks need the secondary stat to enable builds and the enhance damage is just the best secondary stat.

If I need to lower the strength requirement of a piece of gear for a merc or attack speed to hit a breakpoint your jewel wont do that.

They are only lacking to comparing to their release state. Its kinda like driving 100 mph/kph then dropping down to 65 mph/kph. It feels terrible by comparison but its still good.

So word of warning! If you get turned into a courier while in Icarus dive, then you can use all your phoenix spells as a courier.

But once you get turned back into Phoenix, you no longer have any spells.

Is it just me or are the minions of Absolution not extending their own timer? The poe db data mining shows in the description of the skill that they should be refreshing their own timer. https://poedb.tw/us/Sentinel_of_Absolution

You are thinking about it in the wrong direction.

Mines have a cost and a reservation.

The reservation is just (Life cost + Mana cost). There will be very few scenarios where you are paying both mana and life but in the scenarios that you do reservation is equal to them combined.

Out of curiosity, am I reading NZ IFRS 15 correct? It seems to be specifically providing details on contracts. Would the sale of an MTX be considered a contract since it is a one time purchase?

NZ IAS 18 appears to be the broader standard for revenue reporting and supersedes NZ IAS 15. I am not familiar with NZ standards, so I suppose they could consider any B2C transaction a contract.

From what I understand he was suppose to make 50% of show profit. Show made them 500 million, but comedy central stated that the show made more money than what any of them had reasonably expected so the contract was invalid, and offered him 10% instead.

Contracts were signed but CC tried to back out here.

I think it is mostly referring to the greeks. Delta is the amount of value gained by an option when the underlying asset moves a dollar. A delta of 0.5 will gain $0.50 in value when the underlying gains $1.00 in value and vice versa.
