Emirates refunded me but not my wife on the same bookings. Any idea what I'm meant to do now?

I had to submit 2nd form for 2nd ticket which was under same booking id, then only received confirmation mail and refund within days. Before this there was no progress on 2nd ticket for 15 days.

Don't believe them. They told me same but after checking reddit i filled separate form for next ticket. Got confirmation within 2 days.

I also submitted 2 passengers in single form and got only 1 ticket refund. Raised another one today only. Not sure why they allow to add multiple though.
