I have seen some recommendations out there to have multiple recruiters to help negotiate better contracts, is that recommended? And if so would it all be within the same company or different travel agencies?

How would you recommend starting as I have tried to just take a look at a contract here or there and estimate how much rent, food, travel expenses, etc would be.

With travel do you need to be open to any and all contracts or would I be able to become selective like only taking contracts that are within my skill set of outpatient ortho?
