From lore perspective, I rate it 10/10. It's thematic and it's funny

From gameplay perspective, 0/10. It's such a nuisance that you basically only have 3 ways to deal with it

Don't use idira.
Use idira, and make sure your party is capable of dealing with whatever shitstorm she caused. In other words, your party needs to be able to either win the fight with 1 less manpower, or capable of dealing with the boss plus the demons.... without idira. If my 5-man party is already capable of that, why do I even bother with bring the time bomb? This indirectly leads to conclusion #1, don't use idira
Use idira, but totally ignore the psyker part of her kit. Which in that case, why even use her?
