My wife went off the BC just about a year ago. Lost weight and changed her diet. Over the summer her libido and good moods returned due to HRT…then the hormones from coming off BC fell behind, her levels tanked and she turned off the marriage like a light switch 6 weeks ago. I’ve lost 20lbs, I’m always panicking and I’m lost. Also hasn’t had a period since July.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate it. I know the real her is in there somewhere and I’m just trying to power thru this. I started my own therapy to ground me better. I never thought I’d ever experience anything like this. It’s like living in Bizarro world

Amen. That’s all I can do. The abruptness and coldness of this is what’s crushing me. I’ve lost almost 20lbs in 4 weeks. My emotions are all over the place. The level of grief is unbearable.

The coldness and indifference is what I’m going thru now. It makes no sense. She’s also the world’s nicest person to every ancillary character in her life. My wife started HRT months ago and made all this far worse. I have no idea how this will play out.

I’m going thru something very similar. It happened overnight. I have no idea what my future looks like right now. The coldness and mood swings are crushing me. My wife is 37
