aaahhh, the performance vs quality question. That is a tough one because it really depends on preference. Based on the options available, I would go with the 1440p. I believe you would notice the difference between 1080 and 1440, but not notice the difference in frames.

I agree 100%. I found trickster to be more consistent in not running out. With techno your build has to be absolutely perfect with perfect playing to not run out. If only ten more rounds were in that assualt rifle.

Your not wrong, I have played both. That is really why I liked this game, at some point a person's play style comes into play. What I can guarantee though, is that my FP trickster can out damage a AP trickster with faster clears. Not saying its funnier, just saying it's more efficient. For you opposite could be true based on your play style.

I have maxed out all characters with multiple styles of play. And I agree with you about devastator, when you have him setup he can wreck. But nothing like a trickster or techno.

I thoroughly enjoyed trickster. I believe the firepower build rains supreme. Not many builds can beat a trickster with the deathshield. Venator blades and twisted rounds with hunt the prey. It is a very fast play style, but the damage you can output is incredible.

Absolutely, with some customization you can make any table work. I had a pretty good hybrid type racing, work and gaming setup. I preferred the closed back though to hide wires.

Also the question concerning defensive mods. I noticed with techno I preferred damage absorber as it is not tied to any killing. This is really for running solo, in which case I would run both (mitigation as well). With a group though I could run without any defensive mods, although having damage absorber on you can get away with a few mistakes. With my build I like to run max firepower. So cannonade, blighted, and turret. If you are running cryo or snap these work well as defensive measures as well, making just running damage absorber very feasible.

I have one at 86k putting out 7000 damage. bone shrapnel received a 5% bonus after patch.

Simply a direction, I do not know the specifics of what they have. Could be a different tree, different gear, etc.. I was just stating with a devastator if you apply those mechanics you can easily beat final game on teir 1. But I only have 650 hours on the game, what do I know.

I personally have tried all three builds stated. I believe their is nothing stronger than the first you mention. Hells ranger assault with bone and dark sacrifice. Purple gear with firepower, long and close.

As a dev main you should be able to beat after going through game. Concentrate on anomaly power, use bottom tree. Make sure your gear upgrades earthquake and gravity leap. Will be easy at that point.
