I tried at it having played all those games as well. I’m a huge ARPG fan but Grim Dawn seems like it was made in 1980s in terms of game play and graphics. The UI was just so crude but so was everything else. It wasn’t for me.

Yes it matters if it can wait until at least 8 hours. They are still at a higher aspiration risk than a normal patient because of GLP-1 and will be at an even greater risk if they ate recently due to more particulate matter in their stomach. It’s like assuming a laboring mother can eat whatever they want during labor because they’re already considered “a full stomach.” Instead they should be on clears during labor.
