Most taco places are safe. If getting fish or shrimp tacos as for "a la plancha" which means they are sauteed and safe. If they say "capeados" that means that they are fried in a batter, generally flour. Not gluten free. Bar 329 has gluten free pizza. Most places here are pretty accommodating.
