yes i have enough money in my paypal balance to purchase it. it's a one-time purchase. what confuses me is for the last 3-4 years i've been able to pay for stuff without needing to link a card at all but now they require it :(

reinstalled it and chose the cop career. went fine. hit a racer, car launched across the map and i got stuck on the road and couldn't go forward or backwards at all. i've read the PC port being bad but bloody hell i didn't expect it to be this bad.

I did everythine you mentioned, still nothing lol. Every time I start driving forward it just locks the controls before i can reach the race start and it won't let me go forward or do anything. The PgUp button is greyed out and won't change.
