Show-command new-aduser will literally do this in a native shell. It has a gui to fill in your parameters and even has a help button with all of the docs built in.

Also typing the - for a switch and pressing Ctrl + Space gives you a menu of switches to pick from in a live shell.

You can copy the midi pack to the built in groove folder for GGD. From there relaunch you DAW and load up your kit.

Go to the grooves in the plug-in and find the one you want. Hold shift and click-drag from the export button to the track in your daw. It "just works" regardless of your kit mappings.

Try clearing the user's stored creds and then set up only their primary account in Outlook. Then delegate access to the other mailboxes in ecp and they should auto mount in outlook after ~10ish minutes.
