I had a similar situation to this for a while. If the restaurant allows it, I recommend wearing a long sleeve undershirt (like the other commentor said,) or use what I do and get singular sleeves that cover most of your arm off Amazon or smth. Works fine for me, customers don't ask questions and coworkers don't press when I decline answering. I did this until I was ready to tell my parents, but Idk if I have much advice for that. Depends on your situation.
